The staff were all very accommodatingredients and friendly!

They were under construction but it was a minor inconvenience.

Absolutely nothing.

The Board of Health should close this facility. The facility is very old and should be tested for lead paint. The a/c contains what appear to be dirt and mold. The sprinklers are covered with dust. The bedding is old and stained. I encourage all travelers to check their sheets and pillows for hair and other surprises. The front desk staff is unprofessional and needs training. What ever happened to a dress code, clean attire and well-groomed front desk clerks? The internet pictures are very deceiving.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the room was clean with a strong air conditioning unit, made for a refreshing stay, and the breakfast included good options like make-your-own waffles as well as convenient 24-hour coffee access.

Fairly clean hotel, warm breakfast, immaculately clean rooms. The helpful and efficient staff and their attitude. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Pleasant setting, just off the center of Winston-Salem, restaurants and food. Also, in main area.

Had the queen room and it was big with 2 queen beds. The staff was helpful, the service was ATTENTIVE, they shared some useful information.

The staff elevated my experience with their warm hospitality, especially Don and Lydia were pretty good to make sure I felt at home.

The hotel is close to BB&T Soccer Park and some great outdoor spots. The staff was super friendly, and our room wassuper clean and cozy. Definitely recommend for a fun group getaway!

The only downside was that the check-in had a few steps, a bit challenging for some of us.

It was just a proper fit for a lightning trip in Clemmons with best value for money ratio. The first room was dirty, but I got a slightly better one after asking. Make sure to check your room before settling in.

The room I stayed in was a good size and super clean, even in the hallways. The beds were really comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. Plus, it had a surprisingly cold fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker, nice. I was impressed with the fast wifi too.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and made check-in easy, which I really appreciated. I was disappointed by the limited options for breakfast and wish there had been a few more healthy choices available.
